Aaron Ratner

Aaron is a Partner at The New Industrial Corporation, where he focuses on deal origination and execution. He brings over two decades of experience developing and investing at the intersection of advanced technologies and infrastructure scaling. He was the first Developer in Residence at Generate Capital, and later served as Managing Director and Head of Origination at Ultra Capital. As an independent developer, he led projects spanning carbon capture and utilization, hydrogen, waste upcycling, and sustainable protein. Throughout this period, he was a Venture Partner with Vectr Ventures, an early-stage venture platform based in Hong Kong. Most recently, he served on the investment team at Kingston Infrastructure Partners. Aaron attended the Stanford University Graduate School of Business, and received his BA from the University of Pennsylvania.
