Allegra is Director of Insights and Analysis at Principal Mineral, leading data-driven research, strategic analysis, and external engagement. Previously, she served as Manager of Sustainability at Airlines for America, supporting policy and advocacy on sustainable aviation fuels, CORSIA, carbon removal, and ESG requirements, and working with U.S. and international stakeholders including ICAO and the EU. She was an Associate Fellow at the Center for Strategic and International Studies, researching industrial policy, critical supply chains, and carbon markets. Earlier, she worked as a sector analyst at Third Bridge, a financial research firm, and as a materials researcher at Corning. She holds an MSc from the London School of Economics and a BS in Mathematics from Union College.
